Are you a minimalist mama? Or just love brunch? Then this theme is perfect for you! Trust me that the set-up of this shower is much easier than it looks. I chose a brunch theme since we didn't need much for our second baby - yep, I was going to be a mama of two under two - but I still wanted the occasion to feel special. I provided links via clicking the photos for the items shown.

Since this theme is simple, I wanted to make the food table the main focal point. I was able to achieve this by first starting with the wooden backdrop. This is paper backdrop is from Amazon. I only used one out of the four backdrops and cut to size. These backdrops are a great investment, I've used them multiple times for different occasions. The banner and balloons were also purchased from Amazon but no longer come in a set. You can still purchase both items separately.

I highly recommend these plastic drink dispensers. Best part about these is that the ice actually goes in the bottom so it doesn't dilute your drink(s), has a built-in cup holder at the top along with sections for fruit or other drink accessories! These even came with chalkboard signs for easy labeling. I went with orange juice and iced coffee to match the brunch theme.

Splurge on heavy-duty plates for a more sophisticated and "brunchy" feel. Although these plates were disposable, they were so nice that we ended up washing them instead of tossing them. I purchased these on clearance from Marshalls but I've seen similar plates at Party City. I purchased the "Oh Baby" napkins off Amazon and the quality surpassed my expectations! The print was very clear and they were thick. These were a huge hit at the shower and helped tie the theme together!

The Donut hole tower was probably one of the most fun things to make and surprisingly easy. I purchased two foam cones from Michale's Craft Store and added my favorite donut hole flavors with toothpicks. Then filled any gaps with blue flowers from the Dollar Store. Start from the bottom up, inserting the toothpick first then putting the donut hole on top. I used different flavors just to add color but using one flavor looks just as pretty! Our guests had no idea it was edible because it looked so stunning. I made two of these and placed one on either side of our cake. The dessert table also hosted our shower favors, which were bars of soap with a baby footprint. Always go with party favors that your guests will actually use. It'll be fun for them and not a waste of money for you!

The last focal point was our gift table These balloons were so much fun. My favorite part about these were that you can blow them up yourself, no helium! "It's a" came as one piece and I bought the other letters separately. Both from Party City. Our fireplace was a great alternative to a gift table since we opted to not open gifts in front of our guests. And that's it! I really wanted a simple, cozy shower and this fit the bill perfectly.

Happy brunching!
