Please be sure whomever you are gifting a session to is able to commit to the session, my policies and timeline. 

For newborn sessions, please keep in mind it is best to do this session when the baby is between ten days - two weeks old. If the mother has has delivered early or their baby has experienced any difficulties during labor, please contact me so we can schedule at a time that is best for them and the baby. I will not take a baby who is older than three weeks for a newborn session.
 
For cake smash sessions, please keep in mind that my baker will need at least a 2-3 week notice to make your cake in time. All last minute inquries will be defaulted to a naked style or drip-style cake. The longer you wait to book, the more simplistic your session will be. I recommend to come in at least a month before your child's first bithday if you would like to use the photos for their invitations. If you do not need the photos for invitations, keep in mind my turnaround time for photos is between 1.5 - 2 weeks after your session. Please consider this when booking your session.

2. Please have whomever you are purchasing the gift certifcate for contact me at avaotisdesigns@gmail.com to redeem + schedule their photography session. I will assist them in the booking process, where they will be able to discuss with me further details regarding their session. Their session will not be confirmed nor guaranteed until your payment has been processed. 
 
3. This gift certificate is only valid for:
 
$50 off one standard photography session that I am currently offering.
 
The remaining session fee and any additional digital files, prints, and any other add-ons are not included with this gift certificate. Any and all additional add-ons must be purchased by the client.
